It was great to stay at Brad's house and find everything as advertised!  It is a well maintained, well cared for property. We had  a couple of toddlers with us, so the vertical slats on the porch were a welcome site.

Brad’s cabin was perfect for my family of 7. The location is absolutely beautiful, tucked away for privacy but close enough if you want to venture out and have a meal at a local restaurant. The game room was perfect for the family to go down and spend time together. They also enjoyed making s’mores on the firepit. We would definitely love to come back someday.

We stayed in the cabin for my birthday weekend and it was perfect! The house was very spacious and private. The view from the deck was beautiful. It was the perfect place to spend quality time with my friends and family. Brad was very communicative and the website/property manual was super helpful. The alarm system added an extra level of security which was nice. I would go back again in a heartbeat!

A Perfect Escape in the Forest If you're craving a break from the noise of the city, this is it.

The house was exactly as described — no surprises, no gaps between the photos and reality, which is rarer than it should be. From the moment we arrived, the setting did the heavy lifting: trees, quiet, and that particular stillness you only find away from traffic and sirens.

Our four kids were in heaven. They had the run of the house and the land, and the bunk beds were an instant hit.  The adults were just as charmed, especially by the quirky collection of objects on the walls. Every room had something to spark a conversation or a second look. It gave the place real character, the kind you can't manufacture.

This wasn't just a place to stay — it was a genuine reset. A few days here and the city felt very far away, in the best possible sense.

Awesome ski weekend with family, friends and littles. The kids loved the ping pong, darts and ataris. The grown ups loved the fireplace and beautiful view. The layout of the house worked great for our group. Close to the mountain and tons of privacy. Brad always responded quickly. We'll be back!

Perfect setting for a ski weekend. The cabin was a cozy spot to recap good skiing days at Belleayre and Plattekill, both of which are only 20-25 minutes away. The location was great and certainly had a secluded feel to it. Love having an abundance of firewood and a pretty well stocked kitchen.

The cabin is super cute and well-equipped with great amenities like a grill, retro game station, darts, and a ping pong table. The location is peaceful and quiet, everything was spotless, and the host was very quick to respond. They also provided a detailed website and guide with information about local restaurants, nearby attractions, and even the wildlife in the area, which made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. The view was absolutely beautiful, the night sky was so clear we could see the stars perfectly. Overall, an excellent stay and a wonderful experience!!!!

This cabin is cozy in every way! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. It's warm, inviting, and spotless, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The owner was super friendly and quick to respond, making it all seamless. The property is stunning—you don't even need a hike; just wandering the grounds feels magical. We loved relaxing by the fireplace with wine or playing in the game room. It's like my second home, and I'm already planning to return! Such a cozy and unique cabin! Tucked away on 50 acres of woods, it’s super quiet and private, with amazing views of the mountains and colorful leaves. Loved the rustic Wild West vibe inside, and Brad was awesome—very responsive and considerate. A perfect spot to relax and recharge!

We stayed at Brad’s cabin in Margaretville for a family funeral. He was very responsive, offering clear directions and warm hospitality during our grief. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and cozy—perfect for our needs. The downstairs gave our preteens space, while adults stayed upstairs.
